Small hills, hills and vast plains are covered with rows of rubber trees like rows of greenery. This garden is like another amazing beauty in the natural beauty of Ramu, full of variety and unique art. This is one of the country's Ramu Rubber Bagan.
Not only the rubber plantation, but the natural beauty and pleasant environment here will give you mental peace and nature's bounty.
The garden was developed by the Bangladesh Forestry Development Corporation in 1960-61 in Ramu Upazila, 18 km before the tourist town of Cox's Bazar. Currently, the garden is spread over an area of 2,682 acres. The current location of the garden is from Cha Bagan area on both sides of Chittagong Cox's Bazar highway in the north to Malapara in Jowarianala, Jumchari in the east, Gorznia, Lot Ukhiar Ghona in the south.
Rows of rubber trees on both sides of the highway are like a vast expanse of green, in the midst of which runs Pakh-Pakhali Kaltan. All in all, the garden easily attracts the attention of visitors. A brick road climbs the hill in the middle of the rubber plantation adjacent to Cha Bagan Junction, at the end of which is the oldest rest house in Cox's Bazar district. It is known as Rubber Garden Rest House. The beautiful environment around the restroom has increased the beauty of the place a thousand times. It is currently the most attractive place in Ramu for overnight stay, picnic or any occasion. This place has added attraction for nature lovers.
The heart of art, literature and culture, Ramu has several scenic spots apart from Rubber Garden Rest House, but it is the best in terms of other amenities and natural beauty. Most of the various events including picnics of various organizations are organized here. There is no way not to like the surrounding environment. Moreover, Ramu's many ancient monuments or Buddhist temples can be your travel or entertainment center.
